Lynn is a native of  Grand Forks and a UND graduate with a degree in marketing. Lynn moved to the twin cities, obtained her Minnesota Real Estate license, and was employed by Dayton's Buying Offices and Midwest Federal Savings and Loan.

Lynn returned to Grand Forks and was employed by First National Bank as a mortgage loan officer. Lynn has also taught Real Estate finance at UND and was a licensed insurance agent. Lynn is also a graduate of the North Dakota of Banking and past treasurer of Forx Home Builders. She has taken courses from the College for Financial Planning, H & R Block Tax School, several appraisal courses and is an associate broker at Greenberg Realty for the past twenty years.

Her experience in the banking and financial planning industry include insurance, investments, taxes, rental properties, land development, new construction, 1031 tax deferred exchanges and all types of real estate transactions.
